• Handle and transport guest luggage promptly and efficiently, ensuring all details are recorded accurately
• Follow safe manual handling practices, especially when dealing with heavy luggage
• Collaborate with the Front Office team to welcome guests and ensure smooth arrivals and departures
• Interact with guests professionally, responding to inquiries to maintain high service standards
• Assist the Front Office during downtime with tasks such as check-ins, guest requests, and general administrative duties

• Previous experience as a Porter, ideally in a luxury setting
• Ability to lift and transport heavy luggage while adhering to safe manual handling practices
• Impeccable grooming and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• A passion for guest service with an engaging and confident personality
