• Permanent Full time: 40 hours per week
• Annual Salary: $67,200 - $84,000 per annum

• Oversee the quality and integrity of all maintenance work, as well as general hands, and
• Report to the General Manager on facility projects and update on improvement progress
• Ensure appropriate supply levels, and take care of the maintenance garage
• Effectively manage resources, while reviewing budget and costs
• Respond to emergencies and other operating problems to minimise disruptions, developing standard operating procedures

• Minimum 3 years experience in maintenance & facilities management
• Valid and unrestricted NZ driver's licence and relevant licenses for duties
• NZ Trade qualified as an electrician, mechanic, plumber, engineer, or carpenter (preferred)
• Strong team management skills to achieve guest satisfaction and business objectives
• Ability to deliver efficient maintenance solutions while adhering to budget and safety guidelines
• Flexibility to a work a variety of shifts over a 7 day-week roster (Monday-Sunday
