• Supervise and train team members
• Monitoring stock control of mini bars, cleaning products, and linen
• Ensuring workplace health and safety procedures are adhered to, reporting any maintenance issues or hazards
• Inspecting rooms to ensure they are cleaned to a 5-stars standard
• Assisting with guest enquires

• 2+ years’ experience as a team leader and managing teams, as well as experience leading delivery of cleaning services
• Previous experience organising periodical cleans
• Computer literacy skills
• Excellent communication, guest relationship, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work a rotating roster including morning and evening shifts, public holidays, and weekends
