As a Demi Chef, you will be showcasing your skills as part of an exceptional kitchen team, bringing new top-tier menu planning and design to life. You will be managing inventory control, cost of goods sold, profit and loss reporting, and ensuring compliance with hazard analysis and critical control points and food safety across our back-of-house operations.

• Diploma in Professional Cookery Level 5, or equivalent
• Food Safety Supervisor certificate is beneficial
• Proven experience with buffet and bulk food production service
• Ability to work a variety of shifts over a 7-day-a-week roste
