• Supervise, train, and develop team members, ensuring the exceptional delivery of guest service excellence
• Roster team members effectively to meet business requirements
• Monitor and review performance, providing feedback and guidance as needed
• Ensure the flawless delivery of all food and beverage services to guests, including VIP members
• Complete bartender and coffee-making duties, sharing knowledge of in-house wines and spirits, monthly specials, and promotions, as well as educating VIP members on premium coffees and teas served at the VIP Bars

• Certificates in Responsible Service of Alcohol and Responsible Service of Gambling
• Experience as a bar supervisor, as well as training and developing a team
• Experience in hazard analysis and critical control points requirements
• Understanding of licensing requirements, and liquor, bar tending, and service protocols
• Understanding of marketing and promotions within a bar setting
