What you will do?

  • Support daily culinary operations for both event-day and non-event day catering
  • Maintain consistency in quality and presentation standards
  • Minimise waste effectively
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to establish and execute food service standards
  • Monitor dish quality throughout preparation and presentation

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-volume environment
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Strong team player with the capacity to work independently
  • Proficient in HACCP principles and maintaining food safety records
  • Effective communication skills to keep the team updated on progress
