Delaware North Australia is recruiting experienced and professional front of house team members to join our Corporate Hospitality team at the iconic Melbourne Cricket Ground for the remainder of the 2025 AFL season and beyond. With a busy calendar of AFL matches, high-end functions, and major events ahead, we are seeking hospitality professionals who excel in premium service environments. Positions available:

• Functions waitstaff (banquets/functions experience)
• Restaurant waitstaff (fine dining experience)
• Bartenders (wine, spirits and cocktail knowledge)

We are currently recruiting for July. The induction will take place in the first week of July, so availability during this time is essential.

• Deliver premium food and beverage service with a focus on professionalism and attention to detail
• Support the setup and upkeep of our distinguished dining and service areas
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of daily menu offerings, provide expert recommendations, and accommodate dietary requirements to enhance the guest experience
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless and exceptional service delivery

• Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol
• Food Safety Certificate
• Proven experience in food and beverage service
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Availability to work throughout the AFL season (now to September), including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts to align with match schedules
