• Conduct risk assessments across operational and regulatory products, customers, and processes to identify and prioritise risks
• Design, implement, and continuously monitor the effectiveness of internal controls and operational safeguards
• Support the National Compliance Manager in facilitating risk workshops and control self-assessments (CSA) with business units
• Lead incident investigations to determine root cause and recommend preventative actions 
  Review business continuity and disaster recovery plans, coordinate annual testing, and ensure plans remain fit-for-purpose
• Assist with the preparation of risk and control reporting to management and governance committees 

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a risk management, operational controls, audit, or governance environment with a strong understanding of operational risk frameworks, standards, and best practices
• Experience with incident management, risk assessments, and controls design/testing and proven ability to conduct investigations and deliver root cause analysis reports
• Ability to obtain a NT Government Casino Operative Licence (Administration)
• NT Responsible Service of Gaming and NT Responsible Service of Alcohol
• Experience using GRC platforms and software
• Risk Management Certification, preferred
