• Oversee daily culinary operations, ensuring high-volume production meets quality standards for events and daily service

• Diploma in Professional Cookery Level 5 or equivalent and Minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery 
• Proven experience in a resort or upscale restaurant setting, coupled with the ability to execute daily changing menus
• Demonstrated expertise in South East Asian and/or Indian cuisines, with a strong background in fine dining environments
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (can obtain if successful)
• Impeccable personal presentation and grooming standards, as the role involves regular interaction with guests
