• A strong track record of leading and inspiring diverse culinary teams, with the ability to engage at all levels
• Experience in developing a variety of restaurant menus utilising quality ingredients and innovative technique
• Relevant culinary qualifications
• Proficiency in business technology, including stock control systems, spreadsheets, and accounting software
