• Supervise junior cooking and other kitchen personnel and coordinates their assignments
• Provide support to the Sous Chef for breakfast services, degustation, food preparation and service
• Observes and execute methods of food preparation and cooking, size of portion, and garnishing of food
• Apply knowledge of various cooking techniques

• Certificate III Commercial Cookery essential
• Experience as a Chef de Partie in high-volume kitchens with a focus on quality breakfast production
• Creativity and passion for food with a commitment to exceptional service
• First Aid Certificate, preferred
