What you will do?

  • Support the day-to-day culinary operation ensuring consistency with high quality and presentation standards
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding HACCP and Food Safety standards
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef in establishing, executing, and evaluating food service standards
  • Address issues with managers, kitchen and waiting staff

More about you

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-volume production environment
  • Proficient in Food Control Plans/HACCP principles and maintaining accurate food safety records
  • Effective communication skills to keep the team informed of production progress
  • Team player mindset with the ability to mentor culinary team members
  • Certificate III Commercial Cookery essential
