What you will do?

  • Greet guests and assist with any queries utlising knowledge of the available merchandise 
  • Process sales using a point-of-sale system and maintain guest records relating to sales  
  • Routinely stock merchandise and maintain a visually appealing store
  • Balance banking amounts at the beginning and end of each shift 
  • Maintain back-stock and understand where stock may be available  

More about you

  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment 
  • Experience using a point-of-sale system preferred
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment 
  • Friendly and welcoming demeanor 
  • Strong customer service skills  

Physical requirements

  • Ability to stand for entire length of shift
