What you will do?

  • Greet guests, checking them in and out while providing a quality experience
  • Provide information of the property, local attractions and events

  • Build good relationships with guests, resolving complaints in an effective and courteous manner

  • Take a proactive, positive, and professional approach to all duties and tasks

More about you

  • Demonstrated experience in a day spa
  • Qualifications in Massage/Beauty therapy or working towards
  • Experience with booking systems is beneficial
  • Ability to work weekends and public holidays in line with spa operating hours
