Delaware North Australia is hiring a full-time Cage Cashier Manager to join our team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin. In this role you will support the Cage and Count Team to ensure the compliance of our internal policies and procedures are followed while abiding to gaming regulations. • Oversee cage operations including cash handling, chip transactions, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
• Supervise cage staff ensuring proper training, performance management, and scheduling to maintain efficient operations and high service standards
• Reviewing and balancing daily cash and chip transactions, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring accurate financial reporting and reconciliation
• Ensure excellent customer service for both internal and external stakeholders, resolving disputes or issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain strict control over access to the vault and high-value assets, ensuring all operations comply with casino regulations, laws, and licensing requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or managerial role
• Experience in a casino cage or bank in a cash handling capacity
• Degree qualified in accounting or similar discipline preferred, with a strong mathematical ability
• Demonstrated knowledge of gaming systems and the ability to understand and interpret gaming rules and regulations
• Ability to obtain and maintain a NT Casino Operative License
