In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll oversee daily operations, manage and develop a dynamic team, drive financial performance, and exceed guest expectations. You’ll play a critical role in shaping our venue’s success, with your contributions recognised and valued.

• Manage the daily operations of the venue and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently
• Achieve financial targets through effective budget management and cost monitoring
• Maintain accurate financial records and reports to support operational decision-making
• Lead recruitment efforts and train, mentor and develop team members to deliver exceptional guest service
• Create and manage staff rosters, ensuring efficient labour coverage while maintaining team wellbeing
• Resolve employee issues and conflicts in a professional and timely manner
• Drive guest satisfaction and build strong, lasting customer relationships
• Ensure adherence to OH&S, Responsible Service of Alcohol and food hygiene standards

• Cafe management experience in a fast-paced environment
• Approved Managers Card
• Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
• Food Safety Certificate
• Passion for the hospitality industry with a guest-focused, energetic and self-motivated approach
• Strong people leadership skills
• Experience in recruiting, mentoring, training and developing teams
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster
