• Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in sandwich preparation
• Follow portion control and food safety guidelines
• Maintain consistent cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area
• Perform temperature checks and manage cross-contamination to meet WHS and Food Safety standards
• Support kitchen team members to maintain an efficient, well-organised kitchen
• Take ownership of cleaning duties, including floors, dishes, equipment, and waste management—safely using commercial dishwashers and cleaning chemicals  

• Previous experience in a sandwich hand or kitchenhand role is preferred
• Food Safety Certificate
• Passion and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability across a 7-day roster, with the majority of shifts starting early in the morning
