You’ll be part of our fast-paced and high-volume operation, primarily working across Coopers Alehouse and our Production Kitchen, delivering exceptional food and service to to thousands of travellers every day.
Prepare, cook, and present high-quality meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Ensure all dishes meet presentation and quality standards
Uphold kitchen hygiene, food safety, WHS and HACCP compliance
Assist with daily prep, stock rotation, and equipment maintenance
Work collaboratively within a team to ensure efficient service during peak periods
Support a clean, organised and safe working environment
Flexibly work across a rotating roster including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
Chef de Partie - Elevated Responsibilities
Act as second-in-charge to the Head Chef
Provide supervision and support across all back-of-house departments
Manage ordering, stock control, and kitchen administration
Lead sections during service and assist with training junior kitchen staff
