The opportunity

Delaware North Australia is hiring a full-time Gaming Marketing Manager to join our team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin. As our Gaming Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of gaming marketing activity, driving increased visitation and revenue, and achieving strategic business goals.

What you will do?

  • Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies and promotions to drive gaming revenue, visitation, and player engagement
  • Analyse player data to optimise promotions, segment audiences, and improve campaign performance
  • Work cross-functionally with entertainment, F&B, hotel, and digital teams to create cohesive guest experiences
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to keep MBCR’s gaming marketing innovative and competitive
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns deliver strong ROI and align with business goals

More about you

  • Strong marketing experience in the gaming industry
  • Tertiary qualification in a marketing-related degree

  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong understanding of player behaviour, with a customer-first mindset and a focus on loyalty and engagement

  • Skilled in developing creative, data-driven marketing strategies and campaigns

  • Ability to obtain and maintain an NT Casino Operative License
