Delaware North Australia is hiring a casual Spa Therapist to join our team at Lizard Island Resort. As a Spa Therapist, you will be performing professional spa and beauty treatments in this beautiful location, featuring two spacious treatment rooms and one couple suite, setting up the guest experience for success. If you are well-presented and service-driven, join our collaborative team and provide guests a truly relaxing experience alongside skilled and passionate team members, working together in an office like no other.

What you will do?

  • Confidently provide 5-star guest experiences, performing treatments including facials, full body massage, and body treatments, exclusively using our Sodashi products and treatments
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on products and treatments available, making recommendations to guests to meet their needs
  • Knowledgeable on up selling our products
  • Reception, retail, and spa attendant duties

More about you

  • Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy or Massage, as well as recent experience
  • Experience in a 5-star spa setting is beneficial
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Quick and eager learner, happy to take on new skills and responsibilites
