  • Deliver a long-term innovation strategy that pushes boundaries and puts Marvel Stadium on the world map
  • Build a roadmap that turns bold thinking into real results, balancing quick wins with effective transformations
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to craft exceptional guest experiences that consistently impress
  • Work with top tech and vendor partners to bring first class solutions to life
  • Use data and insights to measure success, and utilise this information to drive future success

  • A finger on the pulse of emerging guest trends and future-facing technology

  • Strategic vendor management skills, ability to ensure partnerships drive meaningful results
  • Epic storytelling skills, you know how to get people excited and on board
