Delaware North New Zealand is hiring a full-time Management Accountant to join our team based in Auckland. As a Regional Management Accountant, you will be responsible for leading the accounting operational activities, analysing performance to achieve profit margins and business growth for our NZ operations at Auckland Airport and Pinewood Lodge in Queenstown (remote support).

• Produce financial reports and strategically identify improvement opportunities ahead of the curve
• Analyse overall business performance to achieve financial plans, profit margins, and business growth
• Build Delaware North's brand and reputation
• Partner with the business operations teams, as well as being a trusted advisor to the site management team
• Manage inventory and cash operations, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and legal requirements

• A Bachelor of business or equivalent, as well as qualifications as a chartered accountant or certified public accountant
• Experience driving revenue growth and improving profitability within hospitality, retail, fast-moving consumer goods
• Effective communication and influencing skills
• Understanding of relevant legislative regulations, codes of practice, and industry standards
• You are technically sound with a multi-disciplinary background, coupled with exceptional relationship and stakeholder management skills
