• Dealing games on the Main Gaming Floor with tables offering Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Poker, and other minor games
• Maintain correct gaming procedures and rules
• Ensure all bets are correctly placed and paid accordingly
• Handle financial transactions accurately, including bets and payouts, while maintaining a secure and efficient gaming environment
• Smoothly operate games with efficient game pace, game security, and cash or chip transactions

• Competent in one major game as a minimum requirement, multiple major games highly desirable
• Must possess a high standard of chip work and mental arithmetic ability
• A customer service focus and a team player
• An eye for detail and excellent communication skills  
• Responsible Service of Alcohol and Responsible Service of Gambling certificates
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Northern Territory Casino Operative’s Licence
