What we offer

We are looking for a Payroll Analyst to provide assistance to the Payroll Manager and Payroll team in analysis of pay, timesheets/worked shifts, award interpretation and annualised salaries. You will maintain accurate and up to date payroll information and manage all analytical aspects of the payroll function. 

 

Reporting to the Payroll Manager the key element of this role is to ensure the accurate and efficient analysis of the organisation’s pay runs and to observe the necessary legislation and organisational policies and procedures. 

Physical requirements

  • Previous experience in payroll analytics
  • Understanding of Australian legislation around pay, super and tax 
  • To have the capability to identify, implement and optimize payroll processes
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously 
  • Exposure and the ability to manage and measure work for continuous improvement
  • Experience in providing user friendly advice and support to business stakeholders 
  • Experience in working in large, multi-site and/or multi- national business structure
