• Create new and manage existing products and sales items, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, portions and categorisation
• Streamline the process of adding and updating product information to enhance operational efficiency by developing templates and SLAs on lead times and response timeframes
• Maintain seamless integration (product and recipe links) between POS and inventory management system
• Foster strong communication and collaboration with operational, purchasing, IT, and warehouse teams and ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned on inventory-related matters
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and governance framework and for linked recipes and ensuring SKU level detail compiles with active supplier quotes and is in line with products being ordered
• Deliver actionable insights through data analysis and drive process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and operational efficiency
• Provide prompt technical support and resolve system issues to minimise downtime and operational disruptions

• Relevant experience in a busy administrative role within a procurement team in a complex and fast paced environment
• Experience with Inventory Management System (SCM) or POS, preferred
• Strong communication, literacy and numeracy skills, competence using excel
• Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise tasks
