In this role, you'll support the manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, boosting revenue, and exceeding guest expectations. • Assist in managing the daily operations of the venue and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently
• Focus on guest satisfaction through exceptional service delivery
• Achieve financial targets, manage budgets, control stock and oversee labour
• Ensure adherence to OH&S and food hygiene standards
• Support, develop and lead a diverse team with a strong emphasis on training to exceed guest expectations

• Previous supervisor/manager experience in a fast-paced cafe environment
• Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
• Food Safety Certificate
• Passion for the hospitality industry with a guest-focused, energetic and self-motivated approach
• Strong people leadership skills
• Experience in recruiting, mentoring, training and developing teams
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster
