Delaware North Australia have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Partner - Operations to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Human Resources Manager, this role will focus on supporting the operations team across our diverse Victorian Portfolio.

What you will do?

  • Assist day to day to enable the team to deliver excellence in customer service while optimising a culture of collaboration and team member engagement.
  • Provide functional advice to operational teams, be the go-to for team member queries, support the embedding HR policies, processes and initiatives and assist in execution of the enterprise and local HR and business strategies.

More about you

  • Strong experience in HR Operations in a fast paced environment
  • Proven experience in administration & compliance, with a strong attention to detail
  • Experience in retail, manufacturing, hospitality or FMCG is preferable
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR or a related field
  • Experience in or exposure to IR and ER
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Passionate about coaching and guiding managers in a varied HR role
  • Experience in delivering strategic HR projects and supporting engagement initiatives
  • Sound administrative skills with the ability to produce high quality work
