What you will do?

  • Follow recipes for menu preparation, ensuring adherence to cooking guidelines and standards  
  • Execute food preparation tasks with a focus on presentation
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area
  • Conduct temperature and quality checks, manage cross-contamination to ensure WHS compliance

More about you

  • Solid background in kitchen operations, previous experience as a Cook is required 
  • Food Safety Certificate
  • Willingness to learn under guidance from our chefs  
  • Demonstrated passion and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment  
  • Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster
