Delaware North New Zealand is hiring a Supervisor Reservations - Groups to join our team at Pinewood Lodge in Queenstown. As Supervisor, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of group bookings, leading efficient operations in the Groups Reservations department.

What you will do?

  • Facilitate effective marketing of Pinewood Lodge by managing online listings and planning marketing trips to high value conferences and meetings
  • Ensure group bookings align with ADR and Occupancy Goals
  • Manage invoices and payments effectively
  • Prioritise positive guest experience
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both external and internal stakeholders

More about you

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, marketing and securing new business opportunities
  • Knowledge or experience with Opera Reservation System
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in accommodation venue management, preferred
  • Diploma or degree in tourism management or tourism marketing, preferred
