Assistant Manager Retail Food & Beverage, Marvel Stadium

Delaware North Australia have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join our Retail team onsite at Marvel Stadium.

This role will be responsible for assisting in managing and delivering the food and beverage activities of the sizable Retail operation to achieve the site’s financial plan, profit margins and business growth, while building Delaware North and client’s reputation.

Supporting and leading key retail staff in their operational activities, the Retail Management team work and ensure that their team are engaged in exceeding our guest’s expectations while positioning Delaware North as a quality driven provider of food and beverage catering services.

• Assist in the coordination of the Retail Food and Beverage operational activities to achieve event day success, controlling of labour costs and administration is kept up to date.
• Deliver both memorable guest experiences and operational success.
• Utilises interpersonal and communication skills to lead, support and encourage the wider Retail Team.
• Work within business targets including stock control and labour.
• Support the provision of premium food and beverage.
  
  

• Experienced across Retail in large-scale hospitality environments and/or Quick Service Restaurants
• Relevant experience leading across a sizable operation with multiple outlets
• Previous experience leading, coaching and developing large teams with exposure to conflict resolution
• Knowledge or experience in stock take activities
• Understanding of labour controls and food cost management
• RSA Certificate
