Delaware North Australia is hiring a full-time Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team on a 12 - Month Contract at our Head Office in Docklands. As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment and supporting projects to grow the success and value of the Talent team and business objectives. What you will do?

  • Ensure the hire to retire process across HR is centered around our people and their experience  
  • Manage multiple and diverse assignments and utilise creativity to attract talent and create talent communities 
  • Oversee end-to-end services including attraction, selection, due diligence, and pre-boarding  
  • Create exceptional experiences for candidates and stakeholders 

More about you

  • Background in driving successful recruitment outcomes in a talent position with a diverse portfolio of experience  
  • Experience in multi-channeled sourcing approaches, with the ability to uncover talent in difficult markets  
  • Genuine passion for people, relationships, networking, and service delivery with a commitment to quality outcomes  
  • Social and digitally savvy with proficiencies in Microsoft Office Suite, recruitment marketing, and presentations  
  • Experience in hospitality recruitment preferred
