This is a "live-on" remote location role located on the World Heritage Listed Great Barrier Reef, just over an hour's flight north east of Cairns.

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene to require standard. 

• Support the teams across all the kitchens in the resort.

• Assist Chefs with basic food preparation. 

• Experience in maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment. 

• Self-motivated and proactive personality.

• Hold food safety certification, or willingness to obtain.
• Experience working within resorts or similar remote living environment (preferred)
