Delaware North Australia is hiring a casual Cleaner to join our team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the property by upholding quality standards. What you will do?

  • Maintain a safe work environment and enhance the guest service experience through exceptional cleanliness standards
  • Practice safe working habits including bending and lifting appropriately to avoid injury, reporting hazards, appropriate use of cleaning chemicals, and working to minimise tripping hazards
  • Ensure cleanliness and organisation of work areas
  • Monitor both security and safety standards when performing tasks
  • Report any lost or found items

More about you

  • Previous cleaning experience in a shopping centre, airport or hospitality environmen
  • Ability to take initiative working independently but also as a part of a team
  • High attention to detail and time management
  • Knowledge in manual handling, ergonomics and chemical handling
  • Availability to work a 24/7 rotating roster of all shift types
