Delaware North Australia is hiring a Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team at Marvel Stadium. As a Chef de Partie, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-end food offerings across multiple restaurants, corporate dining, and events. We're looking for a Chef de Partie who is passionate about cuisine and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do?

  • Support daily culinary operations for both event-day and non-event day catering
  • Maintain consistency in food quality and presentation standards
  • Support with control of the department budget and food costs
  • Demonstrating leadership to a team of casual chefs, cooks and kitchen attendants 
  • Combining with other F&B arms to provide first-class dining to all customers

More about you

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-volume environment
  • Sound knowledge of commercial cooking and venue/event experience 
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Strong team player with the capacity to work independently
  • Proficient in HACCP principles and maintaining food safety records
  • Experience with stock control
  • Appropriate culinary qualifications 
  • A passion for food and creative flair
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels

 

Remuneration on offer: $78,481 + superannuation
