• Oversee daily culinary operations for Altis by Stephen Nairn, maintaining the highest standards of quality for both events and service.
• Coordinate food preparation and delivery for exclusive events and private functions.
• Ensure food safety plans are followed, maintaining HACCP accreditation and advocating for on-site compliance.
• Assist in managing departmental budgets, controlling food costs, and liaising with suppliers to source premium ingredients.
• Lead kitchen operations, ensuring consistent quality in menu preparation, cooking, and service, while fostering team development and motivation.
• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and uphold the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness.
• Contribute to budget control and cost management, balancing quality and efficiency.
• Work closely with front-of-house and other departments to ensure a seamless, world-class guest experience.

• Proven experience in fine dining or high-end kitchen operations, ideally within a prestigious venue or restaurant.
• Expertise in modern Australian cuisine with a passion for creative, seasonal menus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide kitchen staff.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to culinary excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work closely with all levels of the team and engage with VIP guests.
