The opportunity

Delaware North Australia is now hiring Food & Beverage Attendants to join the team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort. With roles across Banquets, Bars and Restaurants, we are looking for a diverse range of hospitality professionals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service.

What you will do?

  • Provide food & beverage service to guests at a high standard
  • Ensuring a clean and tidy venue at all times
  • Anticipate guest needs and escalate where neccesary
  • Monitoring promotions and menu specials to keep guests informed
  • Processing transactions accurately and efficiently while actively seeking guest feedback

More about you

  • Experience in food & beverage or customer service position within hospitality
  • High attention to detail and ability to forward think
  • Ability to retain information about menu offerings and specials
  • Knowledge of food safety and operational standards
  • RSA, RSG and Food Safety certificates
