The opportunity

Delaware North Australia is now hiring both Full Time and Casual Food & Beverage Team Leaders & Supervisors to join the team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort. With roles across Banquets, Bars and Restaurants, we are looking for a diverse range of hospitality professionals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service.

What you will do?

  • Day-to-day running of food & beverage outlets
  • Assist in the management of staff including training and rostering
  • Monitoring stock and assisting with monthly stocktake
  • Complaint resolution and monitoring guest feedback
  • Ensuring OH&S and Food Safety standards are upheld

More about you

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in hospitality
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams in fast paced environments
  • Exposure to staff training and rostering
  • Knowledge of HACCP requirements
  • Must hold RSA, RSG and Food Safety certificates
