As a Kitchen Steward, you will play a crucial role in ensuring cleanliness, order, and efficiency in the kitchen, contributing to smooth kitchen operations. Hourly rates start from $30 plus penalty rates for overtime, weekends and public holidays.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area.
• Ensure WHS compliance by conducting temperature and quality checks and managing cross-contamination.
• Support kitchen staff in maintaining an organised and efficient workspace.
• Perform hands-on cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, washing dishes, and waste management.
• Show flexibility in working various shifts over a 7-day roster.

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Hand is preferred.
• Food Safety Certificate or willing to obtain one.
