• Supervise and foster a collaborative environment within the housekeeping team
• Ensure the consistency, quality, and integrity of housekeeping work
• Train, motivate, and provide feedback to team members
• Support the Housekeeping Manager with day-to-day operations
• Manage inventory and budget for supplies and resources

• Previous experience in housekeeping leadership or cleaning management
• Ability to lead a diverse team and maintain high guest satisfaction
• Experience in inventory management and budget adherence
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Tourism, or Hospitality Management preferred
