The opportunity

Delaware North Australia is hiring passionate and skilled Chef de Parties and Sous Chefs to join our culinary team at the iconic Marvel Stadium. If you’re a culinary professional looking to work in a dynamic, high-energy environment, this is your chance to be part of one of Australia’s premier multi-purpose venues!

  • Retail Food Production: High-volume service during major events.
  • Functions and Events: Catering for banquets, gala dinners, and more, with capacities ranging from 50-800 people.

What you will do?

  • Supporting culinary operations in various dining settings
  • Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
  • Assisting in budget management and stock control
  • Leading and inspiring a team of casual chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff

More about you

  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or higher
  • Proven experience in high-volume kitchens and event venues
  • Knowledge of commercial cooking with a flair for creative presentation
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively
  • A true passion for food and excellence in service
