Delaware North Australia is seeking casual and part-time Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team at Melbourne Airport, working across our cafés, restaurants and bars. As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll take on a variety of responsibilities, including bartending and mixing drinks, serving food and beverages, crafting quality coffee and ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience. • Provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests
• Assist in the set up and maintenance of dining and service areas  
• Be well-versed in our daily menu offerings, offer recommendations and accommodate dietary needs
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless dining experience 
• Adhere to compliance and hygiene requirements 

• Previous food and beverage experience in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
• Food Safety Certificate 
• Bartender skills with beer, wine and cocktail knowledge is highly desirable 
• Barista skills or coffee-making experience is highly desirable 
• Passion for hospitality and creating expectational guest experience
• Experience in cash handling  
• Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster
• Ability to work autonomously when required
