• Maintain cleanliness across all food and beverage production areas and outlets.
• Set up and clear buffets and functions with an eye for detail and efficiency.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Handle tasks effectively during busy periods.
• Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

• A current Food Safety Certificate or the willingness to obtain one during onboarding.
• Knowledge of HACCP and WH&S safety standards.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.
• Strong communication skills and cultural awareness to thrive in a multicultural workplace.
