• Functions waitstaff (banquets/functions experience)
• Restaurant waitstaff (fine dining experience)

• Deliver premium food and beverage service with a focus on professionalism and attention to detail
• Support the setup and upkeep of our distinguished dining and service areas
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of daily menu offerings, provide expert recommendations, and accommodate dietary requirements to enhance the guest experience
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless and exceptional service delivery

• Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol
• Food Safety Certificate
• Proven experience in food and beverage service
• A genuine passion for hospitality, with a customer-focused, energetic, and self-motivated approach
• Strong commitment to equality, workplace culture, and safety.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Availability to work throughout the AFL season (March to September), including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts to align with match schedules
