Delaware North Australia is expanding their Marketing team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort! We are searching for an experienced, talented and passionate marketing professional who is a driving force in loyalty marketing and ready for their next challenge.

The Loyalty Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and optimising loyalty and rewards programs that drive customer retention, engagement, and satisfaction. This role utilises customer data and insights to create personalised offers, rewards, and incentives that strengthen customer relationships and enhance brand loyalty.

You will ensure the loyalty program aligns with business objectives and communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers, contributing to revenue growth and customer lifetime value.

• Design and Manage Loyalty Program: Create and optimise a loyalty program to drive engagement, retention, and reactivation with tailored rewards for different player segments
• Customer Segmentation: Use data to personalise marketing campaigns and offers for high-value and frequent players based on behaviour and preferences
• Campaign Execution: Plan and execute loyalty promotions across multiple channels, collaborating with marketing and digital teams to ensure seamless delivery
• Data-Driven Insights: Analyse program performance and customer behaviour to refine strategies and improve ROI, tracking KPIs like retention and spend per customer
• Collaborative Integration: Work with internal teams to align loyalty initiatives with the overall casino experience, ensuring smooth execution across departments
• Customer Communication: Develop engaging content to inform members about rewards, offers, and benefits, serving as the main point of contact for loyalty-related queries
• Enhance Customer Experience: Improve customer journeys and touchpoints to increase satisfaction, value, and repeat visits
• Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor programs to keep the loyalty program innovative and market-leading
• Budget Management: Manage the loyalty marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective campaigns and reporting on performance to leadership
• Continuous Improvement: Use insights and feedback to evolve the program, adapting

• Marketing or loyalty experience in the gaming industry
• Working knowledge of IGT Gaming System is highly regarded
• Tertiary qualification in a marketing-related degree
• Strong team management and leadership skills
• Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and project management skills
• An effective communicator with the ability to influence
• Exceptional English language skills, both verbal and written
• Creative, innovative. and results-driven
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment
• Must be able to obtain an NT Casino Operative Gaming License
