• Train and mentor team members, provide supervision, and effectively allocate tasks
• Support daily tasks including assisting management with banking procedures, accurately manage store inventory, and open and close of the store
• Create and maintain professional visual merchandise displays
• Monitor the store, assisting with guest needs and requests
• Ensure occupational health and safety standards are maintained within the store

• Supervisory experience in a retail or guest service environment
• Experience using point of sales systems
• Personable with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management, and organisational skills
• Ability to stand for entire length of shift
