• Follow recipes for menu preparation, ensuring adherence to cooking guidelines and standards  
• Create exceptional baked goods, desserts, and other dishes, and maintaining high culinary standards.
• Execute food preparation tasks, showcasing expertise in food presentation  
• Maintain consistent cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area  
• Ensure WHS compliance, displaying a strong commitment to meeting Food Safety standards 
• Conduct temperature and quality checks and effectively manage cross-contamination  

• Experience in bakery and pastry is ideal, along with a solid background in kitchen operations, previous experience as a Cook is required 
• Minimum Level 3 Commercial Cookery, or currently undertaking 
• Willingness to learn under guidance from our chefs  
• Demonstrated passion and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment  
• Food Safety Certificate or willing to obtain at onboarding
