• Pasta Specialists: Create and prepare fresh pasta dishes with precision, showcasing your culinary expertise.
• Larder Section Experts: Handle larder operations, ensuring top-notch plating and presentation with meticulous attention to detail.
• Design, prepare, and present high-quality dishes with creative flair
• Develop menus, estimate food and labor costs, and secure food supplies while managing the departmental budget
• Maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment, adhering to hazard analysis and critical control points, and food safety
• Collaborate and assist team members with various kitchen duties, as well as engaging guests to enhance the first-class guest dining experience

• Experience in either pasta preparation or larder section operations, with strong attention to detail and presentation skills.
• Diploma in Professional Cookery Level 5, or equivalent
• Food Safety Supervisor certificate is beneficial
• 2+ years’ experience monitoring food and labour cost, menu costing, and development
• Experience ordering inventory, as well as procedures including cost controls, and handling invoices
• Ability to work a variety of shifts over a 7-day-a-week roster
