Now Hiring:

· Bartenders – beer & wine knowledge, experience in cocktail making

· Baristas – prior experience in a barista role

· Waitstaff – experienced in 3-plate carry, 5-plate clear, fine dining or functions experience desirable

· Food & Beverage All Rounders

** Must be flexible as we have various shifts available for both day (4am starts) & evening coverage.

• Provide exceptional food and beverage service, focusing on bar operations and general dining areas
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee and cocktails, showcasing your barista or bartending skills
• Assist in maintaining and setting up the bar, dining and service areas
• Be well-versed in our daily menu offerings, offer recommendations, and accommodate dietary needs
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless dining experience 
• Adhere to compliance and hygiene requirements 

• Previous experience in bar operations or food and beverage roles in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate 
• Food Safety Certificate 
• Well versed in coffee making or with barista experience
• Bartender with cocktail preparation experience
• Passion for hospitality and creating expectational guest experience
• Experience in cash handling  
• Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster
