The Opportunity

Delaware North New Zealand is seeking Food & Beverage Supervisors to join our team at Auckland Airport. 

 

In this role you'll manage food and beverage operations that meet financial targets, drive business growth and inspire our team to deliver memorable guest experiences while ensuring operational excellence.

 

** Our operations are expanding to 24-hour service and we’re seeking FOH Overnight Supervisors. Indicative shift times: 5pm - 3:30am, 10:30pm - 9am

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team, ensuring high-quality service and guest satisfaction
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to standards
  • Manage inventory, stock and orders to maintain smooth operations
  • Drive revenue by implementing upselling and promotional strategies
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
  • Train and develop team members, fostering a positive team culture
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety and operational standards 

What will you bring?

  • Licence Controller Qualification (LCQ)
  • Duty Manager Certificate (DM)
  • Food Safety Certificate
  • Experience in workforce mobilization and team development
  • Supervisory experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments
  • Guest-focused, energetic, with strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
