The Opportunity

Delaware North Australia is hiring a VIP Coordinator to join their team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort. As a VIP Coordinator, you will be vital in managing the Lucky North VIP Gaming Rooms, delivering impeccable service to our gaming members and guests, ensuring a positive experience.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with Lucky North VIP gaming members
  • Assist with guest requests such as hotel and restaurant reservations, membership enquiries and complaint resolution
  • Handle cash transactions with precision and accuracy
  • Coordinate and host events as a representative of Mindil Beach Casino Resort
  • Monitor overall play and assist VIP players from both gaming machines and table games areas
  • Assist with Keno, TAB and bartending duties in the absence of other team members

What will you bring?

  • Strong background in guest service, ideally within a VIP environment
  • Outstanding interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion in all communications
  • High attention to detail with the ability to forward think
  • RSA, RSG and Food Safety certificates
  • Obtain and maintain a Casino Operative’s Licence
